Nonprofits at this level need digital support only, and want peace of mind that someone is there for them when they need them.

By signing up with Ascendably, your company is guaranteed to have support, for a predetermined amount of time that makes sense to you.

Also, you have your assigned Ascendably professional for support, who is knowledgeable with your company and needs.

Good for Nonprofits that are:

  • Just needing tech support (Smaller nonprofits and organizations with smaller budgets that recognize the need for additional support.)
    -OR-
  • Good for orgs that have dedicated system administrators that need additional support for advanced tasks.
    -OR-
  • Graduated from The Human Stack Digital Driver Ed® Course, and are brilliant with navigation (triage and support.)

Co-pilot

This level of support is perfect for those who are new to Digital Guidance® and want coaching for their team.

Nonprofits at this level need both a coach and digital support.

By signing up with Ascendably, your team is supported while learning to apply the Digital Guidance® methodology.

There is an assigned Ascendably professional for your support; they are knowledgeable with your company and needs PLUS, they are knowledgeable in the journey to Digital Maturity and can coach you along the way.

Good for Nonprofits that are:

  • Usually, small to mid-range nonprofits find this service level as an essential partnership in creating a more human culture within IT and its sphere of influence.
    -OR-
  • Nonprofits ready to learn a new methodology for effectively engaging their staff with their tech.

Service includes handling issues according to client priority.

Options range between 1.5K to 3K/per month.

Service includes 1 dedicated staff member to coach your team on applying the Digital Guidance® framework, as well as handling issues according to client priority.

Options range between 4K to 7K/per month.
